What materials are used in Mouthpiece Cafe mouthpieces?
We get this question a lot. Mouthpiece Cafe uses a proprietary resin/rubber composite material. The material recipe is exclusive to Mouthpiece Cafe.
How long before my mouthpiece is shipped?
All of our mouthpieces are made when ordered. Each mouthpiece is hand crafted and hand finished. Because we strive to provide the best possible results, please anticipate a wait time of approximately 4 weeks from the time the mouthpiece is ordered. This time may be longer if you live outside the continental United States.
Does it cost more to ship outside the US?
Shipping charges are based on your location and are calculated when you checkout. We use US Postal service Priority Mail and we will ship worldwide - anywhere this service will deliver.
Do you accept credit cards?
The only method of payment we currently accept is through PayPal. PayPal does allow the use of credit cards in most cases.
