Your satisfaction is guaranteed so if you're not completely satisfied, you can return the mouthpiece within 7 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please note that our satisfaction guarantee requires items to be returned in new condition within seven (7) days of receipt. Buyer must notify us prior to any return and must return in original type packing. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refund will be made via PayPal once item has been received and inspected.
