Mouthpieces are processed once payment is received and a confirmed paypal address or verified address is provided. They are on a first come first served basis and we do our best to expedite all orders. Normally, orders are shipped in 2 to 4 weeks but this depends on current sales volume. We will try to let you know your expected wait time.

Returns
Satisfaction guarantee requires items to be returned in new condition within seven (7) days of receipt. Buyer must notify the us prior to any return and must return in original type packing. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refund will be made via PayPal once item has been received and inspected.
